Ginger Malasauskas 

Senior Technician 

Ginger Malasauskas has more than 26 years of experience as a geologic technician in the oil and gas industry. Her technical expertise includes mapping, data acquisition, research, and data mining/data management. As Senior Technician, Ms. Malasauskas creates and populates large geologic databases, assists with geological project support including map creation, development of cross-sections, conditioning geological and geophysical data, importing and exporting data among various software platforms. With a strong background in Petra, SMT, and Global Mapper, Ginger has provided specialized geological support and is highly qualified to work with GIS and map projection systems.  She has participated in many domestic and international exploration and engineering teams, supporting projects in Venezuela, Colombia, Eastern Europe, and throughout the US.  Previous to bringing her talents to Lago Petroleum Consulting, she held Senior Technician positions with Amoco Production, XTO Energy, SI International, Norwest Questa Engineering, Whiting Oil & Gas Corp., and Wright Consulting.
